Summer was adopted by CATS CAN in Florida two summers ago. She is about 2 years old I think. I never knew a cat could be this loving and affectionate. She acts just like a lap dog. She prefers to be on our laps and will gladly sleep with us like she used to in the beginning. She gets along with other dogs and cats, but I believe she would do best in a home where she was the center of attention maybe one friendly cat could work. She is anxiety-prone, which has causes her cystitis and she will pee at times outside of the litter box. She was prescribed Gabapentin and Amatriptiline (stopped since she was spitting it out) She does pretty well on the Gabapentin. My infant Grandbaby lives here and I care for him, so I cannot keep up with her. It breaks my heart, but I truly feel she would thrive in a home with an owner or two that can keep her food bowls timely filled to her liking, a clean litter box, and a peaceful environment with lots of love and lap time. She loves visitors too
